Yes, almost there with the reading and selecting for Brittle Star Issue 33, but still some to do.
I had a rubbish flu-bug-lurgy last week which made my head feel bigger than my body and, because I think it’s unfair to read people’s work when I’m not tip-top, I had to stop reading. I’m pretty tip-top at the moment and so the reading is back on. We’ll let everyone know as soon as we can of our decisions. There’s been some great work, so it’s all very exciting!
(And yes, the dog is made from a tissue box, and no I didn’t make it from the endless boxes I got through, and no I don’t own it – but it’s very cute isn’t it? Click on it if you want to find out who made it.)
Thank you anyone who sent work to this round of submissions. And in the mean time, we hope you enjoy the lovely sunny weather – now that we’ve got our hands on it! I’m off out in the garden with a pile of lovely writing to read! Now then, suncream, hat, g&t… – Jacqueline
